Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most items cannot be returned, as most of the product range are custom products made to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Please check that all products, quantities and paint finish are correct. We manufacture and coat all products specifically to your order; therefore, we cannot accept any returns for items ordered in error.

Please use our reference against all bank transfers.

Debit card: Over the telephone

Credit card: Over the telephone, for orders under £2000 only, the delivery address must match the credit card address.

Orders can't be processed until cleared funds are received.
