JOINTING
Before the use of any sealant please ensure all surfaces are perfectly clean and dry.
Use of any sealant must not be carried out in temperatures below 5 °C or above 40 °C. Guttercrest advises and recommends Arbosil 1090 silicone and Arboseal GZ butyl tape to be used to prevent early joint failure. Secure using 4.8mm Aluminium sealed rivets.

The design of our Aluminium Moulded Ogee Gutters, also known as No. 46 or Type 46, is inspired by 19th Century cast iron gutters and these gutters are suitable for use on both period and contemporary properties. They offer the traditional look of cast iron gutters while providing all the benefits of aluminium guttering including being lightweight, environmentally friendly, and easy to install and maintain.
